Vollyball

Volleyball is a popular team sport played by two teams, with two teams competing to score points by sending a ball over a net into the opponent's court. The primary objective is to land the ball in the opponent's side of the court or force the opposing team to make errors

Basics of Volleyball

Teams: Each team consists of six players in indoor volleyball (two in beach volleyball).
Ball: The volleyball is made of leather or synthetic material, with a circumference of 65–67 cm and a weight of 260–280 grams.

Race

Running games in college, whether for recreation or as part of an athletic program, can range from casual intramural sports to highly competitive college athletics.
Running Events: College track programs offer a wide variety of running events, including sprints (100m, 200m, 400m), middle-distance (800m, 1500m), and long-distance races (3000m steeplechase, 5000m, 10000m).
Competitive Options: Similar to cross-country, schools may have varsity and club-level teams for track and field.

Kabaddi

Kabaddi is played between two teams, usually with seven players on each side.
Each team takes turns sending a "raider" to the opposing team's half to tag as many players as possible while chanting "kabaddi" continuously without stopping for breath.

The raider must tag opponents and return to their side without being caught.
The defending team tries to stop the raider by tackling and holding them until they lose their breath or cannot return to their side in time.
